Artisan, Handcrafted, Hearth Baked Bread

At Chicken Bridge Bakery we use locally milled, organic flour, locally grown ingredients, and carefully cultured natural yeasts for leavening to make wholesome bread.   Through our Community Supported Bread project, along with our participation in local farmers' markets, we hope to supply folks with healthy, hearty, artisan products that bring the farmer, the baker and the community closer together.
